I had a great grandmother that was there when I was a child I’m now almost 30 and I haven’t been there for over 20 years, this past Halloween I took my daughter there for trick or treating and I just wanted to stay and help and care for these people because they were just filled with joy seeing all these kids, I want to give back to them the way they gave to my daughter. No they didn’t know her but they gave her a safe place to have fun. I am forever greatful for their spirit and love for youth. If I could ever do anything for this facility I will gladly and greatfully do so.

My father had about a 3 weeks stay in Lompoc Convalescent Care Center. He has since been moved to Santa Barbara to receive the proper care. At the time of my father's discharge, he was sent on his way with a deep tissue wound on his foot. I had been told that he had a bruise on the bottom of his foot but there was no reason to be concerned. It was covered with socks and a foam boot. Completely unacceptable. My father had to have been neglected in order for this to have happened. Please think twice, three times, four times before leaving a family member in this facility. The minimum star rating is 1 otherwise, is would be less.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
