Some staff are nice and do their job and try with what they can work with, they let go of the good ones and keep the ones that dont belong taking care of your dog. The facility needs help just like thir hole system does.

The conditions of this facility are deplorable. The patient is not kept clean while in a condition that she can't care for herself. The patient room smells of urine and the bedding is dirty. The orders for therapy are being delayed and the patient is not receiving the therapeutic care that is needed. Appears to be a dumping ground if patients don't have family or a support network to advocate on their behalf.

Not the best place to consider placing your loved one. I basically blame the state for not inspecting, updating and really caring about how the facility is being run. Managers are changed so quickly, it's no wonder the staff is not as efficient as it could be. The food served leaves a lot to be desired and there seems to be a shortage of staff considering the number of residents living in this place. There seems to be a lot of confusion on many of the fund distribution days. I feel that a good, hands-on manager/director could make this place a lot better than it is right now.

I have been to this facility numerous times and wouldn't drop off a stray dog to stay little alone a person. There are some good staff but the majority of them are lazy and incompetent. They try to make it look presentable by putting new paint on a moldy wall with a bad foundation but it just covers up the underlining issues. So much falls in the cracks and the residents dont get what they deserve and pay for. The pictures make this place look so much better than it really is. Patients beg for water, showers, clean bedding and the meal thats appropriate for their diet and are lucky to get one of those. Reaidents just wander the halls with nothing to do because the only excitement they have is smoke breaks and mealtime, send mail time is nothing to rant about because Food is always cold or incorrect for residents diets. Residents are lucky if they even have clothing to wear little alone if its clean. Clothing gets misplaced constantly with residents walking around inappropriately dressed with articles that are either too small or way too big at times no socks and shoes that are just unsafe. At times residents smells so bad because they haven't showered in forever and I honestly don't know if there is any toothbrushes or toothpaste located anywhere in the facility. It's not always about the money either in having the most fanciest place it's about the compassion given by everyone involved and honestly I don't believe that's something that's given here. The Therapy staff work hard with what they have available and a lot of the office staff try their best with what they have available but with all the other inconsistencies this building is just not appropriate for anyone.

This place is horrible. I've seen the staff especially at night outside smoking marajuana when I bring my family member back. I'm told by my family member and other residents that the night staff a young man who's name starts with J and an young lady is having sex in her car in the parking lot and residents rooms and the nurses are suppose to be over them and does nothing about it. The rating is 0 but I had to click 1 star to post my review.

My father has been there for a few years and it seems so unorganized with no accountability. Everyone is pointing a finger. My father has missed doctor's appointments due to miscommunication between staff members. My father has had items taken from his room while out to hospital visits never to be seen again. they are getting better. Possibly new management required
