Absolutely nothing good to say about this facility! My family member was living there less than a year and died of pneumonia because of a misdiagnosis. I begged for her to be sent to emergency room but was given breathing treatments instead. Doctors show up monthly and spend very little time with residents. Management is awful. No nothing to address your concerns. When you call facility, your placed on permanent hold unless your calling the sales department. I could go on and on but the bottom line is five star senior living is all about filling rooms. Horrible experience and now my mother is deceased.

Watch em! They will have your loved ones signing papers when they do not understand what they are even signing. They will decide to stop billing the Insurance companies if they feel your loved one is not making the progress they think they should be. Which as of Jan. 2013 is against the law as ruled in federal court in the case "Jimmo v. Sebelius Settlement Agreement" (Google it) With out informing the family about the insurance being dropped. The next thing you know they will be calling the family demanding payment and threats of eviction. They are all about the money and making sure your loved ones stay becomes extended. When my mom went in for rehab she had short term memory loss. As of now, she has no idea where she is and has sever hallucinations. There is no hope for in home care for her now. I believe as other members of the family do, that my mom's days a now numbered. It has been a true nightmare! It may be good for younger people in need of rehab. But. Do not send your elders there! They may never come home again.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment.
They have a very rude nurse and failed to inform us that my dad was tranfered to a hospital.
