Leadership is disjointed. Corporate truly has issues in keeping administrators. Look at the turnover of administrators over the past several years. When administration turns over leadership is void. Five star rating reflects the disjointed and fragmented leadership. Mel Beal and his boss Debbie could care less about consistency and moving quality forward. Two regional operations people were fired or left over the past 4 years. Nursing has no direction as DON can count on not a single person. DON is in her position due to licensure requirements
Families and potential clients, beware. This facility is completely unstable. Do not put your loved ones in Chapin Center I fear putting my name to this a retribution is aka Chapin Center
