While everyone was friendly and caring that is the only thing I could recommend.
The smell was very noticeable, and maintenance was not a priority. What was most disconcerting was the lack of understanding why our parent was even there. No one seem to know what his condition was or needs that needed to be met, there was a lot of confusion. Also why doesn't the staff wear name tags with their position identified. The food was another thing I found to be lacking, bologna sandwiches for dinner. If this had been our choice I would not have allowed my family member to stay there.
Also there is no information available about Cedercrest at the facility or a website available.

They really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I was really impressed with how great they were answering any and all questions and helping both my mother and me.

My mother was coming from the hospital, I was in a daze but they were very understanding and could not have been more helpful.

Special thanks go to some of the staff who really got to know mother and I as individuals and were very kind to my mother in her last days of life.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise
