They do not return phone calls when called regarding a resident. Expecting my elderly mother to come stay at night or hire sitter because my dad wanders at night. Medication that we are told is given but no documentation to support it. Some staff do seem to care but others appear to be riding the clock. Extremely unhappy with the care my elderly patent is getting or you could say lack of
