My elderly mother stayed for a week at this facility. The staff seemed caring and helpful. The place was very clean. There was a large aquarium full of goldfish and a glassed in cage with colorful parakeets in the area where the nurses station was located for the patients to look at. My mother seemed to do well there and was relaxed and comfortable when I returned to pick her up.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. I even saw the Director of Nursing taking pills from the patients and putting them in her pocket, I heard her tell some she would take them later, That way she doesn't have to pay for them her self. She told this CNA that she does it all the time and she has never gotten caught yet.
