Great care, attentive staff. Therapy staff is fantastic. Nurses and nurses' aides are attentive, caring and responsive.

I worked there. The head of the nursing staff tried to make me cover up patient abuse by other aides. There are always short staffed. The nurses do nothing but gossip about their latest date or sexual adventure. The few aides that do care do not get any breaks at all, and have to attempt to care for 20-40 people.

Do not put a loved one there. They will be abused!

It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad neighborhood. It's not what I was expecting when I made the appointment and I did not feel safe. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often.
