Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. It was loud even late in the evening by the staff. My father was not given baths and his surgical dressing was not maintained. his private belonging were moving and his special food was missing. We moved him to a much better facility. Cleaner, quieter, and more attention given to his needs.

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

If someone asked me to suggest a good nursing home in the area, it would no longer be this place. They don't deserve a good recommendation but a warning in my opinion. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me. They say things but don't follow through. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works for them easiest. They are polite and act helpful but telling me they will fix a problem and doing it are two different things. Whenever I have visited their facilities over the last few months it is continually in decline. I keep hoping that they will fix things to how they were, but I am beginning to lose hope. There is often times a noticeable odor now. They really need to clean or sterilize the facility more. They also need to spend some quality time cleaning up the residents. Staff is being let go to perhaps save money but in doing this letting go of staff you can see how that it is affecting the care of the residents there. This is not a report from someone angry but someone who is concerned for the residents. If in doubt, visit the place and see for yourself.
