WHEN I VISITED THIS FACILITY I 2WAS NOT IMPRESSED, THE ADMINISTRATOR, ERIC WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND HE DIDNT ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS, HE TALKED OVER ME AND DIDNT LET ME ASK A COMPLETE QUESTION....THE SMELL WAS HORRIBLE AFTER THIRTY MINUTES I LEFTED AND WENT TO ANOTHER FACILITY.

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. The most blatant problem was the director of nursing, Tammy Huston. We were shocked when we were introduced to her. Wearing a faded, wrinkled uniform with greasy hair, she looked like she could be a nurse aide--although the rest of the staff looked MUCH better then their own director who's supposed to be setting an example! She had no answer for many of our questions, and did not offer to look for the answeres! We were told that the facility has changed hands and policies, so we will visit again for future consideration. ( Hopefully, after a new nursing director is selected!) Broadview has an excellent word-of-mouth reputation for the delicious food, and results-driven therapy departments. We need to make our decision for Mother's placement in three months, so we'll be checking back soon.
