My Sister recently stayed at the Bryan Center after a serious illness at the hospital, and they had her rehabilitated in only a week! She received top notch care . And the place is CLEAN, with no disgusting smells like most nursing homes have. I will admit, I was desperately worried about admitting her at first, you hear the horror stories, and my sister is mentally challenged. I would not hesitate to use them again! Really appreciate they were there when my sister needed them . 5 gold stars!!!

They answered most of my questions. Their staff was generally friendly but not particularly responsive. They advertise an "advocate" service providing at least weekly updates; I never heard from anyone. My mom is incontinent, which was well known. One Sunday, I picked her up for church at 9:15 AM, only to find her soaking wet and in the same clothes she had on at 6 PM the night before - 15 hours without a change. I called the Director of Nursing to discuss and she never returned my call. Food was adequate but not terribly healthy - french fries were served 3 dinners during her first week. Couldn't wait to get Mom out of there.

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used much more information. Their administrative staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me at all, and they were not transparent about how long they would provide services or what our financial responsibility was. They did not tell us at the time of admission that they are changing from a long-term to a short-term facility, so now we are having to move our family member again. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and brushed off some of my concerns. Make sure you ask questions and get the answers you need! The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. The nursing care is good, however, and our family member received pretty good care there.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
