Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day.
