They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods.
