Horrible abused my sister took her food away laying in old urine feces I put her in there for pt kept my sis in bed hair un combed complained to staff then they went to probate court took guardianship then blocked me from visiting sis called police on me said I was criminally trespassing this is a guardianship fraud case court involed

Horrible nasty they committed guardianship fraud selling my sister useing her as profit she fell in there cover up what's done in the dark will come to light Mason Yoder guardianship connection braveview and everyone involved in this crime people if you read this stay away from braview guardianship connection and Providence healthcae these are corrupt people like slave owners looking for old people they can by and sell I am writing a book about this horrible experience people should know about modern slavery in the courts nurseing.home

I am very thankful for the ongoing high quality care that Braeview provides my brother.

They have worked with him and family to design and implement a care plan that is effective for his mental and physical needs. They are very attentive to his evolving conditions, and their ongoing open communication is wonderful and gives me and my brother great piece of mind.

Braeview is well staffed and professional, and truly friendly to both residents and their family. The physicians, social services, nursing staff, and administration people are not just good at their professions, but really do care about and for their residents. That's it in a nutshell - Braeview Care really does care!

BraeView is a place I would be comfortable being placed in myself. The facility is always clean and smells fresh. The staff there is very attentive and companionate--from housekeeping, to the handyman, to the kitchen helpers, to the receptionist, to the aids, to the physical therapist, to the nurses, to the psychiatrist, to the various social workers, and to the various administrators. I have had dealings with them all, and every concern I've had has been dealt with expeditiously. There are a few individuals that have been especial helpful and have gone way above and beyond the call of duty: Aid: Kanilla; Receptionist: Jonathan, Mr. Fred, and Kenyatta; File Room: Joyce; Nurses: Michelle, Tammie, Sharon, and Fadellis; Social Workers: Roslyn Johnson and Lisa Richards; and Administrators: Tim Dyer and Lisa Richards. These individuals have shown great patience with my Aunt (Emajaen Bolwaire-Dumas), my mother (Lauretta Span), and me. It would be a great loss to BraeView to lose them.

My only concern is the constant turn-over of staff; as soon as you get used to someone, and they gain an understanding of your loved one's situation, they are gone, and then we must start all over again.

I wanted to share the excellent experience I have had with Braeveiw Nursing Home, upon the recent admission of my brother. I had many concerns previous to his admission partially due to the fact that I am a practicing physical therapist for over 30 years and am aware of unhappy situations at other facilities. From the moment my brother was admitted we were treated with great concern , respect and efficiency ,in allowing my brother to get settled. The first phone call I received was from Lisa Richards, the social service designee. She has a marvelous way about her to make you feel safe and comfortable, and at the same time resolving quickly and efficiently all concerns. I was expecting my brother to have a long painful adjustment problem , but have been amazed that this did not occur. I am acutely aware of how difficult this process can be and I understand the amount of communication and problem solving that is involved in accomplishing patient satisfaction. My Brother states " Everyone is so nice to me, the food is great and I feel much better than I did before I came here." My heart felt thanks is extended to Jean the administrator, Lisa Richards from social service the doctors and nurses, and all the professional caregivers involved in making this difficult process , such a positive experience. As a hospice provider we work hand and hand with the facility staff. Our hospice care team feels welcomed from the moment they enter the facility. They are always warmly greeted by the receptionist who goes out of his way to be helpful. The feeling of warmth and caring continues to the floor staff. Braeview's nurses and aides provide their residents with professional, prompt, and compassionate care. Working with the staff at Braeview is a true collaboration. The management staff is hands on and easy to access for guidance with patients. The Director of Nursing will always take time to answer questions or help to develop a care plan to increase a patients quality of life. She is extremely knowledgable and provides valuable guidance to our staff. Social Services has a pulse on everything in the building and is a tremendous help in ensuring residents are getting every resource available to them.
The compassionate care goes far beyond the clinical staff. The activities department ensures residents are nurtured and have a real purpose to each day. The house keeping staff work hard to keep the building extremely clean. Our hospice team enjoys working with Braeview because they trust the staff and know the residents are getting the best care possible. The friendly, professional, work atmosphere is just another bonus of working with Braeview.

My mother recently did short term Rehab at BraeView and it was a wonderful experience! She had a lovely private room and the staff was amazing. They even have an Activity Director that does Aromatherapy and Reiki and they gave me a treatment as well. The best part of all was the amazing therapy she received, which got her home a full 3 weeks sooner than we even expected. It is good to know there are places out there that truly care about their patients!
