I was appalled at what I saw! Patients call lights on for over an hour without response, while cna's are down the hall laughing and joking around. patients not looked in on for long periods of time. Patients needing to restrooms eventually doing it in their clothes because of lack of response time.

Staff is at a minimum, Could use a staff who looks at this job with compassion rather than just some job. There has been too many times that clients have gone too long with out being checked in on. Soiled pants and what have you. Very little one on one time or activities to keep their minds from wasting away. Long term care is not recommended. Very depressing place.

I HAVE FAMILY AT THE FACILITY, HE HAS BEEN THERE FOR YEARS, AND THIS PLACE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF HIS BLINDNESS, INABILITY TO WALK, AND FEED HIMSELF. I VISIT AT
LEAST ONCE A WEEK AND EVERY WEEK THERE IS A PERSONAL ITEM MISSING, HE HASNT BEEN SHOWERED OR JUST LEFT TO FEED HIMSELF WHEN HE ONLY HAS ONE HAD TO USE. HIS ROOMMATES TAKE ADVANTAGE OF HIM, AND THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT A VIETNAM VET. KARMA SUCKS DOESNT IT.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

The facilities are worn, dirty, and uncomfortable. The rooms are dirty. The food is unappetizing. Many of the staff were friendly but some were rude and rough. I was extremely displeased with the facilities and the service.
