This is a horrible place to put a loved one who is at the end of their life. Many of the staff members were cold and indifferent. One male nurse was trying to give my father pills while he was incoherent, I had to tell him to leave. An aide left my father unattended on the end of his bed, had I not been there to jump in front of him he might have fallen forward and off the bed. I was told by the nursing supervisor over the phone that I had told the staff to stop giving my father antibiotics for his pneumonia?? Oh my goodness this never happened. Clearly they have altered their notes because they are worried about a lawsuit. Stay very far away from this facility if your loved one is at the end of their life.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The day to day care is AWEFUL!! Patients are being missed treated/abused. Most of the staff is lazy and rude! This is WORST place ever!!!
