The equipment at this nursing home was far superior than any other facility I have visited, and if I had any concerns the staff addressed it immediatley! I knew my loved one would be in good hands and well taken care of, and the staff always encouraged me to call if I needed anything or had any questions. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my mom's well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased, and when they were not able to provide me with the services, their social worker had resources to contact. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me and my family right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Their primary concern is my mother's safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
