Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite awhile.
