During my stay at Aberjona nursing center, for my medical recovery I received the best care imaginable. The staff was professional, caring and very knowledgeable in all areas. The nursing department was proficient and gave quality care. The physical therapy department also top notch, they were able to get me up and walking with the ability for me to return home to my family. The staff was very helpful always polite and gave me and my family wonderful support when ever they visited. The facility surrounding and the rooms were nice, clean and bright. The meals plans was sufficient and good quality . I will return to Aberjona rehab again if needed. I would recommend Aberjona nursing center to my family and friends for a quality rehabilitation center .

I have given this much thought since my mother's passing and I would be remiss not to share my strong feelings of discontent and shock. For a long term health establishment, Aberjona fails at every level. My mother was worth all the money in the world, they were not worth a dime. It was a disgrace how my mother was treated. The staff had no respect for her or our family, it appeared that most of them hated their jobs, so therefore their care was minimal or nonexistent. They added a disgusting layer of stress while we were just trying to take care of our mother. Please do not trust them to take care of your loved one.

I was a patient on the rehabilitation floor for nine weeks in 2012. I could not find any area in which improvement was needed. The staff was excellent, therapists, nurses, aides, housekeepers - everyone was professional, good-natured, cheerful and friendly. I loved them all. The rooms were lovely, not like hospital rooms at all. I cannot imagine anyone finding fault with the care they received here..

My seventeen day stay at the Aberjona Nursing Center allowed me to accomplish my personal goals of taking care of myself and allowing me to return home safely. Also, the rehabbing gave me the physical fitness to accomplish my goals. The professional staff overseeing my care and the hard work of the therapy team enhanced my success.

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. One thing that's been so annoying about Aberjona Nursing Center Inc, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment.
