My name is Somalis I went to see Yvonne Cruz MD , I don't have any complaint about her, she is a very good doctor, but the front desk person that was at 5;30 pm yesterday 03/18/2020 is very rude, people don't deserves to be treated like she is treating them including myself. I went to ask her a question in reference to a blood work, she not even not greeted me, but bark to me 'Clinic is closed" I said I know I Just want to ask a question, not only she was unprofessional but rude and inhuman with an attitude she said " how can I help you" ? I want to make a formal complaint against her, so I need her name.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
