They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. The equipment they used during my adjustment was very advanced and sophisticated. It made me much more comfortable knowing that I was getting the most safe, current treatment. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

Dr. Kim and her staff are the kindest and most caring people you will ever find in any profession. Her walk-in policy and no-nonsense method of advising and treating patients is without equal. You are not a patient, you are a friend. Dr. Kim combines skill and knowledge of chiropractic care with the other holistic arts and a common sense approach to vibrant health and happiness. She radiates that health and happiness as an example of what anyone can achieve. Her community outreach programs are numerous and I encourage everyone to attend to see what I am talking about.
