After the office rescheduled twice (both times I was told the very day of the appointment, both times this was due to the doctor having a "family emergency").
My third appointment was scheduled for 10:30, I arrive at the office at 10:15, then wait in line for 10 mins to sign in. I am at this point told very rudely by a secretary that the doctor doesn't wish to see me anymore because "You didn't arrive 15 mins prior to appointment (which I did, they were spent waiting in line) and if you disagree, you can make an appointment with your old doctor". I have been in severe pain for over a month. Now I have no choice but to schedule elsewhere.

Dr. Yan is a very personable and knowledgable guy. I never met a Dr. before who seemed so down to earth. He and his staff sure every single question I had was answered, and told me to call if I come up with more questions. The staff is very friendly and professional. He explained my issue, went over treatment options and then proceeded to fix me up, good as new. Easy to set an appointment, but be prepared to wait a few weeks, and the office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return to Dr. Yan. He and his staff are at the top of my Dr. list.
