This is the ONLY Chriropractor I've ever been to who completed resolved my pain. I was so incredibly happy about this. It was life-changing. However, after going to this office for a couple months, I was told my insurance needed to be "re-approved" before we could continue visits, and it would only take a few days. My insurance had hit the max out of pocket, so they were definitely getting paid.

Two months later, there was still no answer on my insurance.
However, they were happy to have me write checks for 1/2 to 1 hour massages in the interim.

I left voicemails weekly to check the status of my future appointments.
Nobody EVER called me back.

The last time I went into their office, Dr Sabourin was at the front desk.
I very nicely asked him why nobody was calling me back. And, tried to give him the direct phone number to call my insurance company to get the ball rolling. IT HAD BEEN TWO MONTHS.

He bit my head off and was rude. :(

What he doesn't know is I left that office in tears that day.
I have chronic pain and really wanted to work with them.

In the end I had to find a new chiropractor who doesn't resolve my pain quite as well, but gets the job done and is very professional.

My insurance company verified they'd paid Dr Sabourin's office in full not long after the new request for coverage was submitted.

To this day I have no idea why he was so rude and blew me off.

After all that, lately I'm getting voicemails from Dr Sabourin's office offering me discounts on .... massages.

I already paid for many 1/2 hour to 1 hour massages waiting for them to start treating me again.

The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. It was so unfortunate.

Ugh. :(

Dr. Charles took his time with me during my consultation and visits. He gets 5 stars. However his staff-in my opinion-does not represent him well. His office manager is often talking out loud regarding office issues-she seems to like others to hear her, which I find VERY unprofessional. The waiting room chairs are not comfy at all, but that is not important to me. I just find it odd that others said they were comfy.

I suggest Dr. Charles have an office meeting with his staff so that he is in the know of how he is being represented.

I thought the chiropractor was friendly enough. Not overly welcoming, but they got the job done. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
