I love that they never cancel appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to keep my original appointment or at least let me know way in advance if there's an issue. I was glad that their treatment rooms were open and spacious. I was able to relax very easily. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Definitely; they always call me back very quickly!
Did you experience any negative side effects after your acupuncture treatment?
Not at all! I felt absolutely fantastic after my treatment

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I felt very informed after my visit. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other clinics I have been to. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I love that they never cancel appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to keep my original appointment or at least let me know way in advance if there's an issue. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me and address my issues. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the strong efforts they made to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.
