My experience with the lasik eye procedure was very great! I thank God I chose this facility, doctor, staff. My procedure went very well. I am very happy and will recommend Dr. Segal to any person. I did not like the facility where my procedure was at. I did appreciate the surgery, staff, and Esthesiologist. Great nurses.

Wait time a little long. Front office staff does not welcome anyone. Back office people are very welcoming. Doctor is one of the best.

was told I had an appointment at 2:00 When I got here I was told it was at 3:45. No problem I just could have worked all day.

Dr. Segal performed full exam and gave me clean bill of health for my eyes. He was able to explain the diagnostics fully. He answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed at all.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
