Dr. Shihab is the most caring and good-hearted man. I have never had a physician truly sit down and explain to me exactly EVERYTHING that was happening to me. Best of all, he doesn't JUMP to the opportunity to preform surgery on everyone in order to make money. The wait is a bit a long in this office, but I believe it is truly because he spends time with every single patient. You will not leave this office without feeling properly cared for.

Dr. Shihab is also very easy to reach. I have called him twice on a Saturday afternoon because I had severe irritation in my eye. He met me at his office one hour after I called him. He is truly here to help.

The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
