I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
