They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. They were kind of friendly, but it felt a little fake and forced to me. I wasn't very comfortable during my appointment. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me.
