Dr. Schulte is the kindest, wisest, and best-educated doctor I have ever met. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my closest relatives and friends.

It took nearly two months to receive a requested document, no more than 500 words. I was going to be charged additionally for this document which was merely a letter confirming my medical condition. The staff ignored my request for responses to both emails and voicemails in which I specifically requested that I be informed the message was received. Dr. Schulte has not returned my calls, but upon hearing I wished to discontinue service, he sent me a formal letter verifying the discontinuation (apparently, as I have still not received this letter). This was not a healthy experience, particularly for a young woman with self esteem issues and severe depression.

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money.
