One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. What made my experience a lot more comfortable was the doctor's amazing bedside manner. I've never had a provider be so friendly and welcoming!

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
