Susan Bowen and the entire staff at Thrive are dedicated and inspiring teachers. They don't just teach yoga and meditation, they live it as well. They encourage through gentle, non judgemental guidance. Susan is always bringing the greatest workshops to Thrive including Alan Finger and Jordan Bloom. They welcome all levels and I felt comfortable and welcome from my very first visit. I love Thrive because it offers the entire mind, body, spiritual connection. Susan and Dave (the owners) are so dedicated to this studio. They are continually adding new classes and are open to students ideas and suggestions. I recommend Thrive to anyone who is interested in taking their yoga and meditation practices a step further. When I am there, I know it is exactly where I need to be.
