After waiting on hold for over 10 minutes, I finally was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Atwell (who is not her regular physician, but is in the same practice). Once I arrived, I had to wait in the patient room (not even the waiting room) for almost an hour with my sick kid. Twice I asked the resident student in the hallway if Atwell was on her way, with no satisfactory answer. When she finally arrived, she looked in my daughter's nose and wrote down an over-the-counter medicine that she said we could use. She wrote it on a post-it note. I asked if the medicine was safe for a 3 year old to take. Atwell said yes. I took the post-it to Walgreens, and they showed us the medicine, but the pharmacist said she wouldn't recommend it for my daughter because she is too young to take it. So I wasted over an hour of my time for no good reason. HIGHLY UNIMPRESSED with this doctor.

Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
