They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. One thing I noticed about their office was how clean it looked and smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They were late a few times to my appointments. But I also often run late myself (maybe a contributing factor). Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Dr. Kreckman is extremely personable and the only reason she is no longer my doctor is because I moved. She delivered two of my children and always took fabulous care of me and my children during pregnacy delivery and after for about 7yrs and I have not one complaint about any experience.
