I have zero confidence in the care that I was given. I was told everything contradictory to what previous allergists have communicated. It doesn’t seem that the information provided was within standard care. The provider seemed disheveled, confused, and didn’t follow through. I was told a nurse would come in to explain a procedure but the appointment was ended instead.

Dr. Ragotzy doesn't leave anything to chance when examining my son who has asthma. He's caring and takes his time. During one visit, he changed my son's medication. I was concerned about a reaction, so he gave him a sample and monitored him in the office, just to reassure me. I appreciated that.
