I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
