HORRIBLE PILL DOC GLAD HE WAS BUSTED....DESTROYED MY LIFE!

This man helped destroy my life - he got me addicted to several pills (my then wife as well). We had 5 children so between the 7 of us someone was always at the doctor and he would always say "you must be almost out of XXX, let me write you a prescription" and at $95 a pop his office was always full. I'm glad to learn this man is out of business but he needs to be in prison which is where I ended up largely due to him and my misguided trust in him! Many times he seemed "high" to me but he played it off as being tired or sick. The feds should have done more than revoke his license and order him to rehab for the MANY MANY lives he destroyed. I ended up in prison because of him - why shouldn't he have gone there too?!!!!

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Yes everything was neat and sterile

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, but I can always find a seat

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
