I waited over 25 minutes after his appointment was supposed to start. This was my first appointment. Dr. Wood disregarded everything I said and everything my therapist and GP said. She said she wasn't sure she could help me because I didn't have a plan. When I said that might be, but I was here asking for help, she accused me of only half being there, that I was only half in my marriage, etc. She told me to get another job as a response to the stress work causes me. She was beyond the pale.

After all this she told me I could make another appointment?! Dr. Sue Wood appears to be a bully and I fear she bullies her patients into dependency on her. My experience with her was very disturbing, harmful, and discouraging. Not what someone with depression and anxiety needs.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was very glad that they didn't leave me unattended during my consultation. I've been to some other psychiatrists that left me alone during my consultation, and I felt very ignored, but they didn't do that here. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

Oh my god. This woman is insane. How is she a doctor? She is looney tunes. I left and asked for my co-pay back. I was scared literally.

She is like a crazy cat lady. She wears old dirty sneakers, stretchy pants, and a loose t-shirt. I am not knocking her for her appearance FYI.

You have to see her in person to see how insane she is. This is insanity I cannot put it into words.

When I went a little girl busted out of the door crying. Then it was my turn. What happened in the 15 minutes I was there was unexplainable. This woman is not on this planet, she is not communicating with you.
