He did a IME for WA State LNI, Quack! Incorrect information submitted reviewed my own voice recording and asked for Psychiatrist not Psychologist, and if my conditions were preexisting why would the other great doctors I have seen, for over 14+ years kept me on Xanax for so many years. Never saw a Psychaitrist or Psychologist before my job related injury. You should think about maybe retiring before you lose your, if any, respect in the industry?
