He was a half hour late for my appointment. I let that go. He finally brought me up to his office, I sat down, and he began to type furiously into his computer. I asked him if he was typing something concerning me or his previous patient. He replied it was about his previous patient, he didn't want to forget their conversation. So I just sat there staring at the walls.. When he was done, we had a quick appointment and he asked me some questions but kept forgetting my answers. He was quite distracted. I don't plan to see him again.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Dr. Backlund is great. He's a nice guy who really is compassionate and takes the time to listen to his patients. He makes sure every question I have gets answered, and is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The staff is friendly enough, but they don't go out of their way to help you necessarily. The receptionist is difficult to get a hold of and sometimes you have to call multiple times to schedule an appointment, but I think it's worth the extra effort in order to see a really great doc. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I left feeling somewhat happy with the way my appointment went. I was nervous before my appointment, but I feel much more hopeful now. I had to wait a long time in the waiting room. I can't believe they made me wait that long.

Professional office and discreet staff. I felt comfortable and safe during my full hour introductory assessment. Dr. Backlund really listened to me and made some very helpful suggestions. I highly recommend him.
