Dr Ginsberg saved my life. I had battled with PCS for 4 years and went to 5 different md's in Eastern Oregon. None of them diagnosed my condition. I went through 3 serious suicide attempts. I had blackouts, memory loss, lack of concentration, apathy, depression following a serious car accident. I lost the person I was. Within 45 minutes on the first appointment Dr. Ginsberg formed an opinion and then sent me to various specialists that week. His original diagnosis was confirmed. I had lost everything and was staying in a homeless shelter. After not being able to work for 4 years, you would loose everything too, including the will to live. Read about Post Concussive Syndrome and it's effects.

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
