Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

One thing that I appreciated about this office was their waiting room. The chairs were nice-very comfortable. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.
