Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
Dr Louie truly cares about each patient and will follow up with you to address ongoing concerns. He won't just "write a prescription" . . .he makes sure he treats the whole patient and looks out for you every step of he way during his treatment plan.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
