This provider has been wonderful in the care of our daughter. She likes the doctor and his staff very much, and feels respected and attended to by all. Dr. Vern is a good man, and excellent doctor who demonstrates awareness of the suffering of another coupled with the wish and skill to relieve it. That attribute is not always found in doctors today. We believe that he and his staff are completely committed to helping our daughter for as long as it takes to find the best medical solution. She is not worried or disappointed as she has been many times in the past, that this doctor will give up on her if an immediate solution is not found for a very complicated and painful nerve condition in her face. This doctor takes additional time with her which allows her to both communicate with him and understand the direction he is taking to help her regain her health. Her questions are listened to and responses are appropriate. Doctor and staff have surpassed all of our expectations, and we will continue to go back. It is also obvious that pride is taken in their office's appearance as it is well organized, well taken care of, and very comfortable.
