They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
