They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Their staff is friendly and professional. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed some of my concerns. They seemed like they were going by the allopathic book and not interested at all in alternative explanations or treatments. My six year old son walked away with 6 or more prescriptions for steroids and harsh antibiotics, but without answers. Doctors thinking was very inflexible. I took the test results straight to our naturopath who treated the root cause rather than the symptom.
Average allopathic doctor.
