Dr. Reddy saved my vision on a number of occasions in emergency situations. I have cancer and have been very sick for a long time. He has prioritized my care and taken care of me regardless of the added effort caused him. I call, he establishes priorities and solves the problem, affably and with great wisdom. One of the best!!

They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous and have a good relationship with all of their staff members. The chairs in the waiting room were fine - but I was never kept waiting so it doesn't matter. I had to call the office and a person answered the phone - not the typical 'menu' you have to go through at most doctor's offices. They were very prompt in getting back to me - their care is very personable. I hope I never have another torn retina - but if I do - I will go back to him!

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
