Absolutely! I trust them over any other doctor

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Never, they are very reliable.

I called today to see if Dr. Rebecca Simes could see my son because daycare called and said that he was experiencing ear pain. The receptionist said no they couldn't see him. They could see him tomorrow. I guess I was spoiled by our first Pediatrician Dr. White in Fredericksburg because he would ALWAYS fit in a child that had a problem. The daycare is 50 feet from Dr. Rebecca Simes office and they were open but they wouldn't take him. So I drove 2 miles to Patient First in Fredericksburg where my son was diagnosed with an ear infection and given an antibiotic. Dr. Rebecca Simes may have the best bedside manner but it doesn't matter if she will not see your child when they have an ear infection! We can't schedule every infection that my children have with her receptionist. She is not the new doctor that I am looking for to care for my children!

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Yes, they have a nurse practitioner or doctor on staff when the pediatrician is unavailable

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
Yes, it was almost unbearable
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
No, no one seemed to notice I was there
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
