Their bedside manner was OK, but my child doesn't care for them

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times

One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They won't be getting a recommendation from me. They didn't care that I was uncomfortable with my child getting certain vaccinations, they forced my child to get every single one. They should have considered my concerns, and respected my decision. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. There were many times that I felt like they didn't understand my concern and my wishes, almost ridiculing me for the decisions I made regarding my children. The nursing staff was friendly at times, but over all, the experiences would leave me with a bad taste in my mouth

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. Also, both of my children go here and the nurses are always super friendly.

I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care.
