They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
