She made sure every single question I had was answered, and is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. She went out of her way to make me feel respected, and was very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I felt that she really valued my health and happiness because she followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
